115% Low Price Guarantee Policy

If you find a shoe for a lower price on another website, we will refund 115% of the difference between the lower price and our price.

Rules:

The shoe must be the same style, color and size that is on our site. The site at which you find the lower price cannot be an auction site. Shipping charges and taxes (if any) will be included when calculating the price difference.

To receive your refund:

Send an email to orders@shoesunlimited.com with:

Your Order Number and the URL of the site where you found the shoe. Please include the directions of how to find the shoe.

We will verify the website where you found the lower price and send you a refund check or credit to your account.

Please note that this offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.

Shipping Methods & Charges

The following shipping options are available when you check out. All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of a business day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on the following business day.

o USPS Parcel Post (US Mainland only - up to 8 business days): FREE* with any order of $30 or more, and $6.50 for orders under $30.

o USPS Priority Mail (US Mainland, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Island 2-3 business days): $7.95 per pair.

o USPS Air (Canada): $18.95 for the 1st pair, $10 for each additional pair.

o USPS International Air: $29.95 for the 1st pair, $15 for each additional pair.

Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO and International addresses.

*Returns on free shipping orders are subjected to a $6.50 shipping charge per order.
