Shoes must be returned in their original box, showing no sign of wear within 30 days of invoice date. Please wrap the shoebox with Kraft paper or use a Kraft corrugated shipping carton to return the shoes. Please do not put tape or labels on the shoebox. Returned shoes with soiled soles, showing signs of used, scratches, marks, blemished or tape/labels on the shoebox will be returned to the customer. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process the credit to your credit card once we have received the items you are returning. All Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery for all returns.
Shoes may be exchanged for different sizes of the same style and color within 15 days of invoice date. There will be an additional shipping charge of $6.50 for US orders. The shipping charge for Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Island is $18.95 for the first pair and $10 for each additional pair. The shipping charge for international is $29.95 for the first pair and $15 for each additional pair. Customers are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery for all returns.
We guarantee all shoes against manufacturers' defects for 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective shoes. All dyeable shoes are non-returnable and non-refundable. All Sales are Final on Sale, Clearance and Close-out Items. Halloween shoes are non-refundable or exchangeable after October 26th, 2009.
